      Recommended daily dosage for adults is 0.25 g for a period of 1-3 months. Dissolve in a glass of warm water, herbal tea, or almond milk and drink before or after the meal. Daily dose can be split in 2 or 3 equal portions, to be taken throughout the day. After a month of consumption, for better results it is recommended to have a two-week break and then to resume consumption.

        While shilajit has a flavour all t’sown, the consistency is somewhat thick, not syrupy like some other brands. overall you get quite a substantial value when you compare it to others.
